Brewing Your Clarity Tea

After using a Pu-erh pick to break your cake into loose tea, Bring your water to boiling point, then let it cool to 185°F to prepare for brewing. Use a Pu-erh pick to gently break off 3-5 grams of tea from your Yunnan tea cake for every 6 ounces of water. While steeping time may vary, you should rinse your tea leaves for several seconds to remove impurities and ensure a full, authentic Pu-erh tea flavor.

The first brew should be 10 seconds long, the second brew should be 5 seconds long, and after that, increase brewing time by 5 seconds per brew for optimal flavor.
