- For your healthy and safety reasons, all products sold are not returnable.
- If tea or a food product has been damaged in transit through no fault of the customer, an exchange for the same product can be made after the original faulty product is returned to Denong Tea Inc.
- Refunds will be made only in the form of the original currency.
- Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to shipping damage, faulty products or an order error on the part of Denong Tea Inc. In the case of shipping damage, our orders are insured and it is the policy of the US Postal Service to investigate all claims.
- Shipping rate: The shipping fee is $6 for packages weighing less than 2 lb. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 in the United States. For International shipping, we accept only PayPal and wire transfer for any purchases more than $100. For international purchases over $100, please contact us for wiring instructions. Shipping and tax might vary depending on your shipping location.
- International Shipping: We accept orders from all around the world, however, some countries have restrictions that may complicate or prevent shipping. Please send us an email to verify whether your designated country is available for shipping.
- Order status: Your order will be shipped one or two days after placing the order, depending on how many orders we are handling. We will try our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you don’t receive it, please contact us and we will track it down for you.
- Tracking information: Tracking information is available upon request.
- Shipping method: All orders will be shipped via first class (less than 16 ounce/ 1LB) or priority (less than 70 lbs) United States Post Office (USPS). Other shipping methods might be applied upon request.
