Brewing Rare Tea
Set aside 3 to 5 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water prior to brewing. Bring your water to a boil and rinse your tea leaves to re-awaken their hibernating flavor.
Your first brew will only last about 10 seconds before it’s ready to drink. For your second brew, reduce the time to 5 seconds. For each subsequent brew, add 5 more seconds each time. Experiment with sweeteners, fruit, and other additives as you enjoy cup after cup to discover a blend that’s truly unique!
