Brewing Your Wild Old Tree Pu-erh Tea Cake
Using a Pu-erh Pick, break off about 3-5 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water used. Bring your water to a boil and then let it cool to just slightly below boiling point. Rinse the tea leaves for several seconds to remove any impurities. Now you can begin brewing.
Your first brew will last for 10 seconds, and your second brew for 5 seconds. Each following brew will increase by 5 seconds per brew for optimal flavor.
