Brewing Your Kunming Tea

Use a pick to remove 3-5 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. After bringing your water to a boil for 10 seconds and warming your teapot, rinse your tea leaves briefly to remove impurities and enhance the flavor. To begin brewing, let your tea steep for 10 seconds. On your second brew, let the tea steep for 5 seconds. Each subsequent brew should last for 5 seconds more than the last.
